Any personal information collected will not be passed on to a third party without the express written authority of the individual or organisation.

We will not collect and store personal information about an individual or organisation except where they have knowingly provided it to us.

We will allow an individual or organisation access to their personal information and make any changes to keep it up to date. At the individual/organisation's written request, we will remove personal information which they do not wish us to retain.
